The MigPolt distribution files are self-extracting archives. Place them all in the same directory and execute them to install the MigPolit tutorial. The migpol distribution file mpdstXXX.zip is a zip archive. A utility which extracts zip archives is required to install migpol. This version of migpol runs ONLY in the 32-bit Windows environment (Windows NT, Windows 95, or Windows 3.1 with win32s installed). MigPol ====== MigPol is an application which allows a student to explore the relationship between the change in a state's population and the number of seats the state is allotted in the U.S. House of Representatives.
